CircleTheFashion.com is a marketing platform for stores and we act solely as an intermediary and are not a seller of goods. It is “The Seller” on the site, not CircleTheFashion.com, that delivers the goods.

CircleTheFashion.com is open 24 hours a day. However, it may happen that we close the shop due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and accessible.

 Delivery and payment information

The Seller is responsible for the fulfillment of the Agreement and is your actual Contracting Party. See the order confirmation for information on the contracting party, hereinafter called "The Seller". The Seller has only entered into a binding agreement when you (The Buyer) receive an order confirmation.

The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from CircleTheFashion.com. The terms apply in the event that no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and CircleTheFashion.com

Payment of the item

To shop at CircleTheFashion.com you must be 18 years old and hold a valid payment card. However, if you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.

You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can, right up to the time of ordering, correct the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents as well as the price of the goods.

Any extra payments for e.g. Shipping will be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click "To checkout" where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, form of payment and select the form of delivery. If you are registered you can simply log in and your information will be filled in automatically. You can change your shopping cart content right up until you confirm your purchase by accepting and completing the payment. Then your order goes to the store via www.CircleTheFashion.com.

Shipping and Freight

Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order according to address and weight.

Delivery time and transport

Delivery of goods from CircleTheFashion.com is considered to have taken place when the customer has received the goods. This means that the goods will be shipped within a maximum of 5 days after the order has been received, unless otherwise stated by the seller. Delivery at the buyer's address will usually take place within 1-5 days after shipping. The stated time of delivery is indicative and may thus depart.


CircleTheFashion.com is not a contracting party, all complaints must go to The Seller of the item. You can see who the contracting party for the specific item on your order confirmation is.

Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the deficiency rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.

Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior. A complaint case is a case between you and The Seller. You must advertise The Seller within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible and within 2 months of the error being detected. When you return the item, please at the same time, as detailed as possible, state what the problem is.

Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and do request a receipt for the shipment. You are in charge of the package / goods until receipt. Therefore, save mail receipts incl. information on shipping costs and any track & trace number.

The Seller does not receive packages sent per. claims or similar.

14 days cancellation right

When you shop online and at CircleTheFashion.com you usually have 14 days, where you can notify the retailer that you regret the purchase and then return the item. It is your contracting party that handles cancellation cases.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

After receipt, you must handle the goods alone in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they operate. In order to assert the right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller by an unambiguous statement within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you regret the purchase, the goods must be returned to the store which sent the goods in the first place.

On return, make sure that the goods are properly wrapped. You are in charge of the package (s) until the store receives it. Therefore, save receipt for sending as well as track and trace number.


The seller expects you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must return them within 14 days of purchase. Seller does not receive packages sent per. COD.

Documentation for your purchase

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.


If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid back. When the dealer receives the item, it is checked. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, excluding delivery costs. This must be done without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your goods return.

The amount is always transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. For example, if you paid with a card, the purchase amount is returned to the debit card you used in the purchase.

Uncollected packages:

If the seller receives a package that has not been picked up at the delivery address, the seller reserves the right to charge you for the cost thereof.

Law and venue

Purchase of items at CircleTheFashion.com is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service via email info @ Circle The Fashion.com If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk.
