Please note that you will not receive a confirmation that your package has arrived at the store. You will only receive an email about your package once the physical store has processed and refunded the amount to you. The stores have up to 14 days of processing time, from the day they receive your return package (does not include sales from individuals (Private Collection). You will therefore receive a confirmation of your return / exchange by mail.
You have a 30 day return policy, from the day you receive the package. The package is shipped directly to the store from which it was purchased.
If you brought the item from a individual (Private Collection), when you do not have right to return the item unless you have a written agreement with the seller.
When you shop at CircleTheFashion.com, you shop at physical stores around Europe. CircleTheFashion.com does not have the products as your goods are shipped directly from the physical stores. On your final order list, you can see under each product which store the item is shipped from.
Therefore, if you have ordered several items in one order, you may also find that the packages are not delivered on the same day, but over a few days. From the stores accept an order, the shops have 1-3 days delivery. However, there may be increased delivery time on the goods.
Your order will be shipped directly from the physical stores. Please note that packages do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Your products will be delivered to your nearest parcel shop or at your home address. You receive your order either together or in separate packages – this depends on how many and which stores you have traded with.
The shops deliver your parcels within 1-3 business days, from the day you received your final order statement.
As soon as the order is placed, we send the order to the physical stores that sell the product, so we do not have the opportunity to change your order. If you want to cancel your order, please call the store so you can cancel the order as soon as possible. Be aware that there are special rules for individual sales (Private Collection). Please note that increased delivery times may occur.
If you placed an order on multiple items, your order may be delivered multiple times if the ordered products are from different stores. CircleTheFashion.com collaborates with several different physical stores in Denmark and abroad. If so, you will receive your items individually and possibly over several days. On your order list, you can see where your items are being shipped from.
You can complain by contacting the store from you received the product. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive the further instructions.
We’re sorry if one or more items on your order have been canceled. Unfortunately, since CircleTheFashion.com consists of physical stores, it may happen that the stores have to cancel one or more of the items that you have ordered. This is because the item may have been sold in their physical store at the same time that you placed the order and therefore the stock has not been able to update.
As soon as the order is placed, we send the order to the physical stores that sell the product. The store will then process your order as soon as possible. It is therefore important that you call the store so that they can cancel the order as soon as possible. Once your order is accepted by a store, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to cancel the order. If your order is accepted and shipped, then of course you have the opportunity to make use of the 30 day free return right, from the day you receive the package. Private Collection are individuals and not professional shops. Hence special rules and regulations applies. Therefore be sure to check the sellers policies before placing an order. Especially be aware that individual sellers are not obligated to accept returns.
